Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco for immediate starts as a W-2 employee. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app and earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with raises after about one month, weekly performance bonuses, and the option for daily On-Demand Pay. Eligible drivers receive a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts and basic healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities
