Qualifications

• Additional degrees and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and assist with service transitions.
• Educate members about spa, salon and fitness services and product options.
• Promote Wellness Program, treatments, retail, and current promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa and wellness areas.
• Assist with daily spa operations and inventory stocking.
• Prepare rooms for treatments and ensure proper setup.
