Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetologist License from the State Board of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Hair Stylist in a similar environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as well as mornings, evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct salon services including shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Assess guest hair and propose services and hairstyles.
• Prepare and reset hair stations and maintain sanitation per California law.
• Offer flexible scheduling to meet demand and work as part of a team.
• Mentor new hires and participate in training with Spa Montage staff.
