Greet clients, maintain a pristine spa environment, and ensure exceptional service with a professional, stylish presence. This role offers hourly compensation with tips, flexible schedules, free training, and a private spa suite

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist focusing on hair care, treatments, and spa services.
• Spa or salon experience with scalp care highly desirable.
• Knowledge of hair and scalp health; ability to treat common conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication with clients.
• Passion for beauty and wellness; helps clients achieve desired results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor.
• Renew cosmetology licenses and stay in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients, assist check-in, provide refreshments, and maintain a welcoming spa atmosphere.
• Perform scalp hair treatments, including massages, deep cleansing, and exfoliation.
• Offer personalized consultations and tailor treatments plus product recommendations.
• Provide high-quality service and exemplary customer care at all times.
• Follow client modesty policy and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and treatment room.
• Launder and fold linens, blankets, and towels as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to enhance client experiences.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and lifestyle tips for healthy hair and scalp.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Handle checkout, process payments for appointments and retail items, and assist with scheduling future visits.
