Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in and refreshments, and maintain a welcoming spa atmosphere.
• Perform scalp hair and skin treatments, including scalp massages, deep cleansing, and exfoliation.
• Provide personalized consultations about scalp and hair health, offering tailored treatments and product recommendations.
• Offer high-quality treatment and iconic customer service at all times.
• Follow client modesty policy at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and treatment room, ensuring a quiet, welcoming environment.
• Laundering and folding linens, blankets, and towels as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to enhance client experiences.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, including product usage and lifestyle tips.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Provide proper checkout procedures for clients to pay for appointments and retail items and assist with scheduling future appointments.
