The Cliffs Hotel & Spa on the Central Coast is seeking a gracious, part-time Massage Therapist to create a luxurious spa experience. You will perform 60-, 75-, and 90-minute therapies in a serene, professional environment, ensuring proper draping and guest comfort while maintaining spa standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Massage Therapist Certification and be able to perform 60-, 75-, and 90-minute massages.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain clean, organized treatment areas in compliance with spa standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform 60, 75, and 90-minute massages including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, and other treatments.
• Provide professional consultation and ensure proper draping and guest comfort.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold California State Board standards.
• Collaborate with Spa Attendants, Reservationists, Leads, and Spa Manager.
• Attend trainings and stay informed on current spa services and products.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues.
