Qualifications

• 2 years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Valid State Massage therapist license.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Previous hotel luxury or Forbes experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, kneeling, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly manner.
• Communicate information with professionalism.
• Explain massage treatments, techniques, benefits, and products used.
• Handle opening and closing procedures.
• Daily setup, stocking, cleaning of treatment rooms and dispensary.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary and professional work area.
• Promote all treatments and products offered in the Spa & Salon.
• Handle guest comments and concerns promptly.
