We cover scheduling, supplies, marketing, and guest experiences so you can focus on providing exceptional massage therapy. Typical earnings range from $52–$62 per 60-minute session, with bonuses and opportunities that can lead to $70,000–$75,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy education.
• MBLEx or qualifying national massage therapy examination.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Current City of Overland Park Massage Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to meet applicable City licensing, fingerprinting, and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized massage experiences based on each guest's individual needs and wellness goals.
• Recommend appropriate enhancements based on guest wellness goals, including services such as cupping and CBD.
• Educate guests about wellness options and memberships.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
• Build relationships with guests.
• Work alongside a supportive and professional spa team.
