Qualifications

• Calm, professional presence with strong guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, Salt Stone, Prenatal, and customized massage sessions.
• Create personalized treatment plans and recommend enhancements like cupping or CBD.
• Deliver luxury spa experiences and build long-term guest relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and document sessions with SOAP notes.
• Collaborate with spa team to educate guests on wellness options and memberships.
