Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a positive and cooperative attitude, be able to work with a variety of people, and remain calm under pressure.
• This position requires a LEVEL 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Take care of guest needs; keep facilities clean and safe at all times.
• Monitor guests to ensure safety and proper use of facilities.
• Assist guests with locker locks as needed.
• Adhere to Four Winds Casinos standards for guest service.
• Refer guest problems to supervisor according to policy.
• Keep a daily log of activities to maintain facility standards.
• Stock and upkeep lockers for quick assignment to guests.
• Clean all surfaces, showers, restrooms and related areas per sanitation standards.
• Stock towels and linens; assist with moving linen as needed.
• Report safety hazards to management immediately.
