Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to ensure pristine locker rooms, float pool and relaxation areas in line with The Houstonian Spa standards. You will assist guests with courteous service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support other spa departments as needed while upholding discretion and professionalism.

This role requires high energy, physical stamina and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School degree preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Able to perform guest service, cleaning and Locker Room maintenance.
• Professional under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
• Flexible scheduling; ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Physically capable for strenuous tasks (lifting, standing).
• Maintain confidentiality with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
• Perform guest activities cordially and professionally while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude with management and other departments.
• Keep facilities clean and in safe condition at all times.
• Report safety hazards to management immediately.
• Attend training sessions and uniform compliance, clock in/out each shift.
• Assist in maintaining spa areas and support other departments as needed.
