Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude and responsiveness.
• Maintain a clean, inviting spa environment in line with health & safety standards.
• Manage spa supplies by restocking towels and refreshments as needed.
• Monitor spa activity and report concerns to maintain safety and relaxation.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments.
• Support spa operations and assist the team to enhance guest experience.
