Job summary

Bowie House, Auberge Collection, an imaginative four-story, 106-room boutique hotel, is seeking a Room Attendant to meticulously prepare and maintain our guest rooms, ensuring every corner sparkles with comfort and warmth for our guests.

You will clean rooms, make beds, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and provide excellent customer service; flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, and prior luxury-hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
