Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms per SOPs.
• Make beds with fresh linens and replace towels.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and windowsills.
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
• Restock amenities and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Return cleaned rooms to ready status and communicate updates.
• Attend departmental meetings and training.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
