Job summary

Alto is hiring San Francisco drivers to join as W-2 employees, driving a company-provided luxury SUV and earning an hourly base pay with tips. No out-of-pocket vehicle costs; Alto covers fuel, maintenance and insurance.

You can expect weekly pay, optional On-Demand Pay, and a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. Flexible scheduling supports up to 40 hours per week, with safety and support built into every shift.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on the Uber app with no suspensions.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid California driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving in the US.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers using the Uber app as a Alto driver.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow flexible scheduling and be available for shifts up to 40 hrs/week.
