Alto is hiring drive partners in San Francisco. As a W-2 driver, you’ll ride in a company-provided luxury SUV and earn an hourly wage plus tips and benefits.

Expect a guaranteed hourly rate with weekly pay, bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare coverage. Alto covers vehicle costs, admin tasks, and safety features, so you can focus on delivering great rides. Flexible scheduling and immediate start dates are available for qualified drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on Uber app with no suspensions.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid California Driver's License with at least 1 year of US driving experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers using the Uber app and maintain safety.
• Provide courteous, timely rides and follow safety protocols.
• Complete shifts as scheduled and build positive passenger experiences.
• Utilize company systems to document trips and issues when needed.
