Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco. Join as a W-2 employee and drive a company‑provided luxury SUV to complete Uber trips, with guaranteed hourly pay plus tips and benefits.

You’ll be paid weekly, eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts, and Alto covers vehicle costs, insurance, and maintenance. A flexible schedule and comprehensive healthcare complete the package for eligible drivers.

Formación

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport passengers on Uber trips using Alto-provided vehicle.
• Maintain high safety and customer service standards.
• Follow Alto policies and use company devices for data collection and reporting.
• Assist passengers with luggage and navigate routes as needed.
