Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, crawl, reach and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and handle phones; understand and execute store policies and procedures; assist with packing/unpacking shipments and organize stock room to support product flow.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail store.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals.
