Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Florie’s Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team and maintain exceptional service throughout each service period.

You will help with mise en place, station maintenance, and guest attention while coordinating with servers, culinary, and management to ensure an elevated dining experience. Prior hotel/resort or fine-dining exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or high-end dining preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Support servers, runners, and leadership during service.
• Maintain clean and stocked stations and mise en place.
• Assist with table maintenance, water service, and resetting tables.
• Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other teams to ensure seamless service.
