Belmont Park Village seeks a Stylist to deliver highly personalized luxury shopping experiences in the Metro New York area. You will combine styling expertise, commercial confidence and thoughtful follow-up to turn product discovery into lasting guest relationships.

Responsibilities include owning each appointment, translating guest preferences into tailored recommendations, growing a trusted client portfolio and coordinating with brand partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in personal shopping, styling or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion, styling, designers and seasonal trends.
• Fluent English and the local Village language; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships through discretion, empathy and relevant follow-up.
• Confident recommendations that support conversion, cross-selling and guest value.
• Organized and proactive in coordinating appointments, product requirements and aftercare.

• Own the quality of each personal shopping experience, ensuring every appointment is relevant, discreet and memorable.
• Translate guest preferences into tailored styling, product and gifting recommendations.
• Anticipate needs and introduce relevant brands, collections and seasonal opportunities.
• Maintain trust and discretion throughout the guest journey.
• Build a trusted client portfolio that supports repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
• Deliver cross-selling and upselling opportunities without compromising guest trust.
• Coordinate product access and styling requirements with boutiques and brand partners.
