Job summary

Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Full-Time Mini Bar Attendant to join our team. Since opening in 2024, Thompson Palm Springs has established itself as a premier desert destination with iconic dining and vibrant social venues.

You will maintain and replenish guestroom mini bars, manage inventory, and ensure charges are posted accurately to guest folios while upholding cleanliness and organization standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages).
• Previous experience working at a hotel/restaurant preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Responsibilities

• Restock, rotate, and organize all mini bar products in guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Accurately post charges for consumed items and reconcile daily inventory.
• Ensure all mini bar areas and equipment are clean, operational, and well-presented.
• Report any maintenance or product issues.
• Maintain an organized storage area and assist with monthly inventory counts.
