Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates client service and relationship-building abilities with personalized interactions.
• Experience in luxury retail with product presentation, upselling, and achieving store goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks.
• Familiarity with POS systems and clienteling tools for service and outreach.
• Able to work on-site in a fast-paced retail setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for luxury fashion, designers, and trends, with styling aptitude.
• Previous client-facing work; luxury or fashion retail background preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or fashion education is a plus.
