Job summary

St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, CO is seeking an In-Room Dining Server for a regular part-time role. You will take guest orders, input into POS, and deliver meals with attentive, four-diamond service standards.

The position requires friendly, multitasking hospitality skills, morning, weekend, and holiday availability, and a valid TIPS certification or the ability to obtain within 45 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision options, PTO, holidays, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ serving experience required.
• Friendly and engaging with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive guest food/beverage orders and input into POS; confirm accuracy.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain a clean In-Room Dining workspace.
• Know menu items and specials; provide guests with information as applicable.
• Set up trays/carts for delivery and assist with future orders when possible.
• Maintain professional service standards in line with Four Star/Four Diamond and Preferred guidelines.
