Job summary

PCP Elevate in Bozeman, MT is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the Uplands community. You will clean the property, assist with make-readies, replace bulbs and screens, and help with apartment turnover while delivering hospitality‑driven service.

This full-time role offers a housing discount and a competitive salary with performance bonuses. You will join a luxury residential team at Uplands with Montana surroundings.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• May need to assist in after-hours emergencies when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Keep property and management office clean by inspecting each morning and picking up litter.
• Keep mail rooms clean—sweep, remove dated notices, etc.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Replace all first-floor window screens upon request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies: trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors, replace parts.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area and surrounding areas.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
• Vacuum, mop, windows, remove trash, dust in all common areas.
• Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning products.
• Keep exterior of community clean and free of debris.
• Assist in all other duties as assigned.
