Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Floor Technician for our luxury hotel properties. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining all carpeted floors and hard surfaces, using large hotel-specific equipment, and performing preventative maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of floor technician experience in a luxury hotel, can stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs, and communicates fluently in English. This position is based on-site at our resort facilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Floor Technician experience in a Luxury Hotel environment.
• Experience operating large hotel floor and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Hospitality certificate, diploma or formal training preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift/push 40–50 lbs.
• Excellent command of English (spoken, written, reading) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Clean and maintain all floors: tiles, carpet, and brick flooring.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner and observe safety precautions.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and report hazards as appropriate.
