As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer‑owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

Key Characteristics
  • Customer Focus – Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience. Able to connect with customers in a meaningful way and handle service issues.
  • Initiative – Identifies opportunities & issues and follows through on activities to capitalize or resolve them. Learns quickly and takes positive action without being requested.
  • Selling – Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
  • Training – Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so that they are retained.
