Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• State nurse license or eligibility per VA standards.
• Nursing degree from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient management and care coordination for lung cancer screening.
• Lead and support education for clinical staff in the Lung Cancer Screening Program.
• Coordinate care across providers and interface with VA and community programs.
• Monitor and report program data to interdisciplinary team.
