Job summary

Responsibilities include IRB management, timeline planning, data coordination, and dissemination of results, with opportunities to contribute to manuscripts and conference presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of project management experience, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Knowledge of observational and clinical study design including research data management.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to travel to state or national meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and manage IRB applications and modifications.
  • Develop and implement study timelines and activities.
  • Organize study-related meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes).
  • Coordinate data collection and analysis activities; ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with NIH progress reports and grant applications; provide training to research staff.
