Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students, staff and visitors.
• Patient, calm, and respectful demeanor when managing student behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and school safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist students with lunch procedures, including lining up and cleaning up.
• Monitor student behavior, addressing issues in a calm and respectful manner.
• Enforce school lunchroom rules and maintain a clean, orderly space.
• Assist in organizing students for lunch transitions and dismissal.
• Report any behavioral or safety concerns to appropriate school staff.
