Job summary

Tooele County School District at Copper Canyon Elementary School seeks a part-time Support Professional Aide to assist with daily recess activities for grades K-6 and to cover lunch duties for grades 1-6. The role may also support teachers with literacy interventions and classroom tasks as needed.

Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the building principal, to providedaily opportunities for structured recess activities for grades K-6. Will also cover lunch duty for grades 1 - 6. This position may also require assisting teachers in the classroom with literacy interventions.

Essential Job Functions

• Establishing and reinforcing cooperation and teamwork
• Overseeing safe usage of all equipment

Additional Duties:

• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
