Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a food service aide to support school lunch programs with fresh, chef-created meals. You will prepare, serve, and assist in maintaining a clean service area while promoting a positive environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities include food safety compliance, accurate cash handling, and assisting with meal distribution during the 10:30am–2:30pm shift. Prior food service or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Food Service experience preferred/customer service experience desired
• Ability to do simple arithmetic
• Ability to make correct change and use a basic computation device
• Contributes to a positive work environment
• Demonstrates integrity and respects confidentiality
• Dependable, punctual
• An independent self-starter able to meet deadlines
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines
• Successfully pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities
