Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily routines of the cafeteria and/or playground.
• Maintain playground equipment and safety.
• Notify teachers/administration of any challenging behaviors of students.
• Support the social/emotional needs of students and behavior plans.
• Assist students with basic needs during lunchroom duties such as cutting food, opening packages and cleaning up spills.
• Take children to the restroom or school nurse as needed.
• Answer questions from students and staff.
• Administer basic first-aid as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
