Job summary

Westborough Public Schools seeks a dynamic Noon Aide to monitor lunch and recess at Fales Elementary School in Westborough, MA. The position supports students during the 2026-2027 school year, with a 0.8 FTE schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 10:00–12:30).

The Noon Aide will assist with social-emotional and behavioral support, and work within a diverse, high-performing district focused on safety, equity, and student growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid related experience may substitute for a degree.
• CORI, SORI and SAFIS Background Check required.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch and recess to ensure safety and a positive environment.
• Provide social-emotional support and behavior guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with other Noon Aides and school staff to implement routines.
• Communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues.
• Assist with life skills activities and transitions between activities.
