Bliffert Lumber in Milwaukee seeks a Yard Associate to help load and unload building materials, prepare orders for delivery or pickup, and keep the yard safe and organized. You will support customers and team members while maintaining accurate inventory and efficient yard operations.

The role requires physical strength to lift up to 75 lbs, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or contractor service environments preferred.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and team members by loading/unloading materials.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and keep the yard organized.
• Load trucks, verify orders, and ensure accuracy of shipments.
