Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience as Forklift Operator or similar role.

• Proficiency using hand-held radio frequency equipment.
• Efficient organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count lumber.
• Receive and put away inbound shipments, ensure safe movement of lumber to storage locations.
• Stack and store lumber efficiently and securely in designated areas.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting inbound and outbound shipments for damage and reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare lumber for shipment following order instructions and ensure accurate loading and delivery to destinations.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections and minor maintenance.
