Overview

The full-time Hot Shot Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling outgoing and staging orders (fill-in and will-call). This position acts as a warehouse associate, handling materials, managing inventory, and operating forklifts. Other duties include:

• Loading and unloading freight such as lumber and building supplies
• Processing and restocking returns
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized lumber yard and caring for equipment
• Controlling shrinkage
• Receiving forklift training, certification, and operation
• Communicating delays or discrepancies to management
