Expect 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 12am with potential overtime and a starting pay of $18.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, totaling $19.00/hour. Responsibilities include reading work orders, verifying lumber dimensions, and assisting with staging materials for truss assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and understand simple diagrams, blueprints, and a tape measure.
• Lift up to 80 pounds; work 10–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sort and stack lumber by size, length, grade.
• Prepare and stage lumber for roof and floor truss production.
• Read tags, labels, and work orders to identify lumber.
• Verify dimensions and quantities before sending to production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and safety policies.
