Auburn Ridge in Marshall, WI is seeking a dependable Lumber Production Associate to operate the TruCut saw and produce precise lumber components for residential builds. You’ll read shop drawings, cut sheets, inspect finished products, and prepare orders for delivery.

This hands-on role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork on a Monday–Friday day shift with competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience reading shop drawings or production plans.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Operate the TruCut saw to cut lumber according to production plans.
• Read shop drawings and cut sheets to ensure accurate cuts.
• Inspect finished products and prepare completed orders for delivery.
• Organize and bundle cut lumber for the production process and job sites.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any repair needs.
• Help reduce material waste and report material shortages or quality concerns.
• Record production information and completed work.
• Work closely with the production team to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
