Lampe & Malphrus Lumber seeks a Production Machine Operator to support lumber manufacturing by operating production equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork; candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow established procedures. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Bilingual skills preferred to support coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment before use and confirm setup.
• Monitor products for quality and tolerances.
• Maintain workflow and communicate issues to the team.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
