Position Overview

Timber Products Michigan, located in Munising, has an opening for a Hardwood Lumber Inspector.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in grading green and kiln dried hardwood lumber.
  • Knowledge of NHLA grading rules for North American hardwoods.
  • High attention to quality and detail.
  • Full comprehension of NHLA rules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • NHLA graduate and prior industry experience is a plus; but we will work with a highly motivated, energetic individual with less experience.
