Improv Arena pays native Luganda (also Ganda) speakers to act out short scripted scenes with a set emotion. The recordings are licensed to AI labs to train voice models.

Pay: Up to $10/hr for speakers in Uganda, earned as coins (1,000 coins = $1) and cashed out via PayPal, Venmo or gift cards; daily earning caps apply.

You need: adults 18+, a quiet room and a microphone (a USB mic on a stand is recommended), and a short voice check when you start. Work from home, any hours.
