• Ability to work either day or night shift on a 12-hour schedule / 4 days on & 4 days off (6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.)

What you'll do:

• Stock, set up, operate, service, and maintain units including press, dies, lugger, lining machine, pack station, auxiliary equipment, and oven operation
• Manage materials: load, inspect, gauge, weigh, pack, and organize inventory; handle scrap and inferior materials
• Perform preventive maintenance: lubricate, adjust, clean, replace parts, and keep equipment in optimal condition
• Conduct daily maintenance checks on equipment like power trucks
• Set up machinery, develop and update training materials, train new employees, and participate in safety reviews
• Work as a self-managed team member, resolving issues and communicating effectively with colleagues and management
• Obtain mobile equipment licensing as required
• Follow all plant food safety procedures
