Job summary

Danbury Fair Mall is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver a superior customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment that develops managers, associates, and customers every day.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will learn all aspects of the business, model our values, perform POS tasks on shifts, and step in as supervisor in the Store Manager's absence.
