Responsibilities

• Work safely and effectively in a team environment.
• Monitor and maintain the equipment in the mill.
• Conduct lubrication routes on mill equipment.
• Perform required lubrication preventive maintenance plans to mill equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels of lubrication products.
• Responsible for maintaining a world class level lubricant storage facility.
• Champion and lead the lubrication effort at RVL.
• Conduct Oil Analysis sampling and interpret results and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
• Analyze collected data from inspections, sensors, and output values to report findings and make recommendations of corrective maintenance.
• Develops and prepares reporting to notify operations and maintenance teams of equipment health to recommend proactive maintenance.
• Collaborates with Maintenance Planners to determine and recommend prioritization of maintenance.
• Assist with precision repair and maintenance of mill equipment as needed.
• Assist with planning repair work using drawings, equipment manuals or field research.
