Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Lubrication Technician in Fruitland, ID. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with starting pay of $17/hr and full benefits on day one.

You will join a well-established maintenance team to keep equipment running at peak performance. The job focuses on preventative maintenance, lubrication, inventory management, and troubleshooting across hydraulics and conveyors, with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP-compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in maintenance or technician roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative maintenance on machinery
• Lubricate moving parts and conduct routine oil changes
• Monitor and manage lubrication supply inventory
• Troubleshoot and respond to equipment breakdowns
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other technicians
• Repair and maintain hydraulics, belts, pneumatic systems, and more
• Use a wide variety of tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment
