Job summary

Domtar in Glenwood, Arkansas is seeking a Lube Tech for full-time, permanent work in Maintenance. The role involves greasing, oiling, maintaining machinery and assisting millwrights and electricians while following safety protocols.

You will work with lubrication points across the sawmill, manage lubrication inventories, and ensure proper bearing lubrication practices. A strong teamwork ethic and safety awareness are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Familiar with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical lockout in sawmill area.
• Familiar with lubrication points and their effect on component life.
• Knowledge of lubrication quantities and types for oil and grease.
• Able to maintain oilers and grease guns and set correct settings.

Responsibilities

• Grease, oil, and maintain machinery as assigned; assist millwrights and electricians as required.
• Perform duties from PM sheets and reports as scheduled.
• Assist millwrights as needed.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools.
