What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow FS Lubricant branded accounts and secure new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed established sales goals within assigned territory
- Coordinate product delivery with local cooperatives and manage customer relationships
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Provide technical recommendations and support to customers and cooperatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related technical discipline
- 2-5 years of related work experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant industry
- Industry credentials such as STLE CLS, OMA, and/or ICML certifications are highly desired
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with energy-related products, including lubricants, grease, and engine coolants
- Proven ability to develop technical materials and make technical recommendations
- Familiarity with market planning, program execution, and product development
