What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow FS Lubricant branded accounts and secure new business opportunities
- Meet established sales goals and manage marketing of lubricant products within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and cooperative members
- Conduct territory and competitive analysis to stay informed about the marketplace
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related technical discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in generating profitable sales within the assigned territory
- Lubricant industry credentials such as STLE CLS, OMA, and/or ICML certifications are highly desired
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Proven computer skills and ability to utilize technology for business processes
