Beaudry Oil & Propane in Elk River, MN is seeking a Lubricants Driver (Non-CDL) for a full-time, first shift role. You will transport lubricant products to and from our warehouse, plants, and customer locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while maintaining professional customer service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, pre/post-trip inspections, keeping delivery records, communicating with dispatch, and supporting warehouse duties when not driving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds (with assistance).
• Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Read/dollow delivery paperwork and written instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles within DOT weight limits to deliver and pick up lubricant products.
• Load and unload trucks; ensure secure handling of products.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety/maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate delivery schedules and issues with dispatch, warehouse, and customers.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with warehouse duties when not driving.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position SummaryAs a Lubricants Driver( Non- CDL), you will be responsible for transporting lubricant products to and from our warehouse, manufacturing plants, and customer locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles (under CDL weight limits) to deliver and pick up lubricant products
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secured and handled properly
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable DOT regulations
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Assist with warehouse duties when not driving, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
