Job Title: Lubricants Driver( Non- CDL) – Motor Oil

Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday
Work Hours: 1st Shift
Pay Range: $22–$24/hour (approximately $45,760–$49,920 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek)
Location: Elk River, Minnesota

Position Summary

As a Lubricants Driver( Non- CDL), you will be responsible for transporting lubricant products to and from our warehouse, manufacturing plants, and customer locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles (under CDL weight limits) to deliver and pick up lubricant products
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secured and handled properly
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable DOT regulations
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Assist with warehouse duties when not driving, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds (with assistance when needed)
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand delivery paperwork and follow written instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
